![]() ![]() ![]() I just switched back to the Pumpables Genie Advanced pump with the collection cups to see if the output is similar, which it appears it is. I actually get the same output with my collection cups as I do with my liquid shield kits or Lactecs. I have been able to use it with my Legendairy Milk collection cups and it's been working really well. If it was higher than a 2-3 setting, the silicone would simply collapse completely and wouldn't perform in the way it's supposed to. I did try the Baby Buddha pump and it simply didn't work with the liquid shield kits for me. I'm still healing, but the lump is completely flat now. So I'm incredibly thankful I had the liquid flanges and was already pretty used to using them when the abscess happened. ![]() The abscess pushed any other flange too far from my breast to get a seal, but somehow the liquid shield kits were able to mold to my breast with the big lump not being an issue. I unfortunately had a really bad abscess that was right under my nipple a few weeks ago so I couldn't pump with anything BUT my liquid shield kits. I get equal output it seems, so I think it's preference based. When I finally got my GA, my pumping time cut down to about 25-30 minutes (except for my morning pump, I always need about an hour for that one cause I go 8+ hours without pumping.) I switched between my Lacteck and the liquid shield kits. ![]() I was using my Lacteck flanges exclusively. With my Spectra, I was taking at least an hour to empty, not just for my morning pump but my other pumps, too. I switched to it from my Spectra S1 at the end of November. I'm actually pumping with it as I type right now. ![]()
